Extended life filter bag
Extended Life filter bag provides excellent filtration performance, which can remove gel, irregular shaped particles with wide particle size distribution in liquid flow, and up to twice the dust capacity of standard filter bag. This bag is made of polyester and polypropylene materials that extend the file, using a proprietary fiber mixing configuration to form a heavier, thicker, and more durable medium than standard felt media, with an average service life 2 to 4 times longer than traditional bags. The result is a significantly higher dust capacity at the same efficiency and pressure difference.

The Extended Life filter bag is specially designed with a rough inner layer and a felt intermediate layer composed of finer fibers. By melting the fibers together and glazing the outer layer, a tight and safe downstream matrix is formed to prevent fiber migration.
