Product Description

Compared with standard needle felt, the high density of small diameter fibers enhances particle retention, achieving excellent, efficient, and efficient filtration. Fully welded, multi-layer structure provides a special deep filtering medium and long-term service life. When efficient operation and effective particle retention are required, these bags are used for those critical applications.
All seams are fully welded, and the seams are firm and reliable without any bypass or loose seam lines. The seams are both strong and flexible, allowing the filter bag to form a restraining basket. The edge of the seam is heat sealed, eliminating the possibility of loose fibers. This creates a durable filter bag for demanding applications.

Made from polypropylene ultrafine fibers, it has stronger chemical stability and the ability to capture particles and absorb hydrocarbons (oil).
The special pore gradient multi-layer structure consists of up to 12 layers, including a coarse pre filter layer, a complex final filter layer arrangement, and an outer cover that provides long service life and absolute filtration.
There is a coarse melt blown pre filter layer that provides high particle retention and protection for finer filter layers, extending the service life of filter bags.
The covering layer actually eliminates any downstream fiber migration.
