This filtering mechanism plays an important role in the initial stage of the filter bag. When the filter layer formed in the initial stage is thick enough, the filtering effect will be better.

3. inertial interception mechanism: inertial interception means that particles cannot be intercepted directly through the filter bag aperture due to the inertia of particles in gas or liquid. When the particles flow through the filter bag, the inertia force will make the larger and heavier particles deviate from the direction of the air flow, which will be intercepted by the filter bag on the surface of the filter bag.
4. electrostatic adsorption mechanism: due to the charged nature on the surface of PTFE filter bag, electrostatic adsorption is also one of its filtration mechanisms. When there are charged fine particles in the gas, they will be intercepted by the electrostatic adsorption effect on the surface of the filter bag, thus increasing the filtering effect.
